What wellness services are included in the Private Studio Rental?
You get unlimited access to all 5 wellness services for 2 hours: contrast therapy (cold plunge + infrared sauna), whole-body cryotherapy, traditional dry sauna, red light therapy, and compression therapy. Your group can use any and all services as many times as they want during the rental.
How many people can attend the Private Studio Rental?
Up to 15 people can enjoy the full private studio rental. This gives everyone plenty of space to rotate through services comfortably.
How long is the Private Studio Rental?
The standard rental is 2 hours of exclusive access to the entire wellness studio. Need more time? Contact us to discuss extended rental options for larger events.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes! You're welcome to bring refreshments for your group. We have a lounge area where guests can relax between services. We just ask that food stays in the lounge area and not near the equipment.
Is the Private Studio Rental good for corporate wellness events?
It's one of our most popular corporate bookings. Companies use it for team building, executive retreats, employee appreciation events, and quarterly wellness days. We can provide a custom invoice for corporate billing.
