Deepen your yoga practice, explore the asanas (postures), and build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. In Vinyasa, or “flow yoga”, students move through a dynamic sequence of postures while linking breath to movement. This practice is designed to flow seamlessly and intuitively, creating a meditative experience. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat and join us to strengthen, center, and detoxify both body and mind.
