How to Combine Services for Back Pain

For back pain specifically, many clients at our Vineyard studio start with a 30-minute ZeroBody Dry Float session to decompress the spine, followed by 20 minutes of infrared sauna to relax the surrounding muscles, and finish with targeted red light therapy on the affected area. This sequence addresses back pain through decompression, heat relaxation, and cellular support.
